What are the check-in / check-out time?: Check-in 16:00 / Check-out 13:00
* may differ on plans.

Is it possible to have a late check-out?: We are sorry, but we do not have late check-outs.

If we arrive early, is there any place to leave our baggages?: Yes, we will keep them at the cloak, but please note that we cannot take any valuable items.

Can we send our baggages ahead of time?: Please clearly identify your name and arrival date, and send them to the below. But please note that we cannot accept and keep any cash, other valuable items, fragile items, or anything that require temperature or humidity control.

Can we send our baggages from the hotel?: If you arrange for a courier service at the hotel, you can send your baggages.

Is there a smoking space?: On weekdays, the entire building is non-smoking.
But you may smoke on the 1F terrace and the guest room terraces.

Can we bring our pets?: We are sorry, but we do not allow pets at our hotel.

Please tell me the accommodation fees.: Saxe Blue: JPY 78,000
Mandarin Orange: JPY 52,000
Evergreen: JPY 38,000
Maple Rose: JPY 38,000
The above accommodation charges include service fee (10%) and sales tax,
and the listed rates are room charges.

Do you have any special anniversary plans?: We can arrange surprises and memorial photo service for the dinner at the restaurant.

What are the canceling charges?: The cancel fees will incur as below:

20 days to 11 days prior to arrival --- 20% of accommodation fee
10 days to 7 days prior to arrival --- 30% of accommodation fee
6 days to 4 days prior to arrival --- 50% of accommodation fee
3 days to 24 hours prior to arrival --- 80% of accommodation fee
Within 24 hours of arrival --- 100% of accommodation fee
Absence of arrival --- 100% of accommodation fee
